| Nominations | 5 April 2024 to 19 April 2024 Nomination form drop box will be accessible from 9.00 AM on 5th April 2024. Duly completed nomination forms MUST be dropped in the nomination box by 1659hrs (4.59pm) on Friday, the 19th of April 2024. |

Eligible members
The following lists comprise names of:
- Companies who can nominate a representative to be a director (Ordinary Corporate Members)
- Individual Members who can be nominated to be a director (Ordinary Individual Members)
This is NOT a list of members who are eligible to vote in the SICCI Elections 2024
Nomination forms
*In accordance with Article 19(a) of the Constitution, the Board shall consist of a Chairperson, two Vice-Chairpersons, Honorary Treasurer and up to thirteen other individuals. No more than two members of the Board may be individuals who are not Representatives.

Do you need a letter from a doctor certifying you are medically fit?
Certification is not required. We are asking nominees to declare that they are medically fit to act as a Director (which would include being of sound mind and good health).
I am an Ordinary Individual Member. Can the proposer or seconder be from a Corporate Member or Ordinary Individual member?
The proposer and Seconder must be a SICCI member- either an Ordinary Individual Member or Ordinary Corporate Member (or combination of both).
Can I submit an electronic copy of the completed nomination form with digital signatures?
Scrutinizing committee will not accept electronic submissions.
Can the photograph be a digital copy or studio-taken hard-copy?
Please submit a hardcopy photo (when submitting the nomination form) as it will ensure picture quality. Please note that the photo will be posted on the website subsequently for purpose of election and publication on SICCI’s website. Click here to see passport photo guidelines.
