Open annually to highly motivated participants, the Mentoring Program’s mission is to increase opportunities for employment and personal empowerment through an innovative, multi-level, mentoring approach. The program is led by a Mentorship Leadership committee in SICCI. Participants must complete an interview process, participate in monthly group mentoring meetings, complete learning assignments, and maintain regular contact with a peer mentor. Through participation in a cohort program, mentees gain knowledge from senior expert mentors, company executives, peer mentors, group mentors, and virtual mentors.
