Ms Koo Yu Min, Assistant Director, Programme & Partnership, Accorrus Solution Private Limited, has 10 years of experience in the consultancy sector and has worked with over 300 SMEs and MNCs in the areas of business alignment and HR strategies linked to people organisation dynamics across Asia: Malaysia, Vietnam, Myanmar, Indonesia and China. She has executed over 270 company projects, facilitating 58 companies in their company set up in Asia, focusing in Southeast Asia.
Her experience includes diverse aspect of human resource consulting, particularly in the areas of:

Mr Aaron Wan, Manager, Business Advisory with SME Centre@SICCI has worked in listed companies and social enterprises in the Furniture, Training and FMCG sectors. His experience with working with Fortune 500 companies allows him to share with aspiring entrepreneurs and progressive SMEs on best practices and corporate governance. In particular, he is able to empathize the predicament on Human Capital Development issues and is able to provide practical advisory for the SME.
Mr Stephen Nathan, Manager, Business Advisory with SMECentre@SICCI focuses on helping employers meet their hiring and training needs and to tap on to Government initiatives that help them advance in their business. He delivers workshops, focusing on helping SME owners be aware of Workforce Singapore(WSG) initiatives such as Adapt & Grow and Hiring & Training assistance programmes.
