Mr Gautam Banerjee, Executive Chairman, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) LLP, Singapore, was the distinguished speaker at the session, which was attended by more than 50 SICCI members and non-SICCI members.

At this session, Mr Banerjee provided an overview of the 15th Annual Global CEO Survey, a research coordinated by PwC’s International Survey Unit. The survey included views of CEOs on trends in the global economy and their strategies for growth. According to the survey, only 15 percent of CEOs do not expect the global economy to improve this year and they are ready for the uncertain times ahead. However, 40 percent are confident of prospects for revenue growth in their own companies for the next 12 months.
