This Sub-committee is responsible for productivity- and innovation-related initiatives at the Chamber. It proposes relevant platforms for the Chamber in this regard. At the same time, it represents the Chamber on organisations and agencies focusing on productivity and innovation, and articulates the views of the Chambers and its members on matters relating to productivity and innovation.
Key Objectives
-
Indentify and propose relevant initiatives on productivity and innovation for implementation by the Chamber.

Link with other organisations focusing on productivity and innovation, and explore possible synergy and collaboration with them as well as on ways that the Chamber can leverage on these organisations and their programmes.

Coordinate the provision of feedback and/or inputs by members on productivity and innovation to the appropriate government bodies.

Act as the key contact point for the Chamber in its communications with government and non-government organisations on productivity and innovation.

Represent the Chamber on productivity- and innovation-related agencies and organisations.

Present and circulate relevant papers to the Board of Directors on issues relating to productivity and innovation.
