This Sub-committee develops a strategic plan for membership development which includes new member recruitment, member activities and membership subscriptions, and addresses all matters related to members’ (corporate, institutional and individual) needs and aspirations.
Key Objectives
Recommend action plans for new membership recruitment and ensure their proper implementation so that the SICCI’s target is achieved (that is, 1,000 members by 2011).
Review activities for members and ensure their current relevance.
Host networking sessions for new members and ensure their assimilation into the “SICCI family”.
Monitor the Chamber’s subscription fees and to ensure that they are not out-of-sync with prevailing market rates as well as to assure that the SICCI is always delivering ‘value-for-money’.
Assist the Secretariat in contacting members with overdue subscription fees and help ensure such payments are made.
Provide inputs to the Secretariat for value-added services as well as publications.
