The SICCI Board of Directors (2010-12) comprises the Chairman, two Vice Chairmen, an Honorary Treasurer and 14 Directors. These include a co-opted Director. The Chief Executive Officer of the Chamber is a member of the Board by virtue of his appointment.

The term of the Board is for two years.
