Women’s Indian Network (WIN) is a dynamic organization, which is a part of the Singapore Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SICCI), formed on 23 December 2002. WIN promotes the interest of professional Indian women in Singapore.
|

It has been observed that in spite of having great potential and varied experience, Indian women have not been able to achieve the desired levels of success as entrepreneurs in Singapore. Some of the major setbacks faced by Indian professional women in Singapore have been the lack of commercial backing and support, insufficiency of exposure to the mainstream business community and lack of information with respect to the availability of opportunities.

With the valuable support of the Singapore Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, WIN can act as a perfect launch pad for Indian women who are either as entrepreneurs, professionals or are in midst of considering career changes due to lack of opportunities in their respective field of expertise.

To promote entrepreneurship among Indian Women in Singapore.

WIN intends to enhance the professional growth of its members through networking events and other activities. WIN can help its members achieve the success and recognition that they seek through the following ways:

Mentoring: WIN acts as a mentor and can guide them through the initial phase of beginning their careers in Singapore.

Effective Networking (beyond Singapore): As many members of WIN are from outside Singapore and have had successful careers in various countries in varying fields, they can provide a channel for effective networking beyond Singapore. |

Access to other organizations: Members of WIN are defacto members of SICCI, which in turn helps them to have all the facilities and programs organized by SICCI for the benefit of its members.

| MEMBERSHIP |
| WIN is presently looking at increasing their membership and encourages all Indian women entrepreneurs and professionals to join the organization and benefit from it. WIN members are defacto members of SICCI and enjoy all benefits of SICCI members |
Please note that the annual subscription fee is as follows
- Ordinary Individual (WIN) – S$ 380/-
- Ordinary Corporate (WIN) – S$ 480/- |
