This system enables users to send an enquiry regarding specific products and services they require. The enquiry is routed to the Chamber where it is vetted and then sent to the relvant member companies.

| Trade Documentation |
|
The Chamber is one of the legal Issuing Authorities for the Ordinary Certificate of Origin and the Commonwealth Preference Certificates. The fee for these certificates is $7.00 for members and $10.00 for non-members per set of 5 copies. The Chamber has an on-line electronic submission of Certificate of Origin facility in order to simplify trade documentation. The processing fees for ECO is $9.00 for members and $12.00 per set of 4 copies.

The Chamber also processes Inward and Outward Declarations through the use of TradeNet, an Electronic Data Interchange Network which enables documents to be transmitted electronically to the government authorities for approval. Members are charged $14.00 and non-members $16.00 for this service.

Publications

The Chamber publishes a fortnightly circular which highlights changes in government and other statutory board regulations concerning trade or other relevant issues, changes in overseas trade regulations, forthcoming seminars / conferences / training programmes or exhibitions which would be of general interest to the members.

| Foreign and local trade enquiries are published in the monthly Trade news which is sent out to members. |

The Chamber also regularly publishes the Annual Report which includes the Directory of Members. In addition to this, the Chamber has published a trade directory "Trading with Singapore" which contains statistics on Singapore's trade with other countries, trade regulations / procedures and business listings. Recently, another publication "Doing Business With India", has been brought out. This comprehensive booklet highlights India's economy, the incentives offered by the Indian government to investors and facts relating to trade and investment. Other similar publications include "Doing Business with Bangladesh" and "Doing Business with Turkey" and "Doing Business with Sri Lanka".
